Follow-Up Question Tool > Add\Edit Question Group Page

Registry Managers can create follow-up questions and question groups that can be sent to Registrants via the Registrant Portal as follows:\

ClosedAdd a New Question Group

  1. In the Question Group Name box, enter the name of the question group.

    Note: -_The Question Group Name information is required.

  2. In the Question Group Notes box, enter a title for the question group.

    Note: -_The Question Group Notes information is required.

  3. To enable the follow-up questions to be sent to groups marked "System Wide", select the System Wide checkbox.

  4. Click the Save Question Group button.

    A new popup window displays confirming that the question group was created successfully.

  5. Click OK.

    The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays the Manage Questions section.

  6. In the Manage Questions section, complete the following:

    1. To assign a question to the group, click the Add to Group link that corresponds to the question, and then click OK when prompted.
    2. To remove a question from the question group, click the Remove from Group link that corresponds to the question listed in the Questions included in the group section, and then click OK when prompted.
  7. To finish the changes to the question group, choose from the following options:

    1. To save the question group without completing it, click the Save Question button.
    2. To save all changes for the question group, including the answer information listed in the Manage Answers section, click the Submit button.

      WARNING! -_Once a question group has been submitted, it cannot be changed.

    The system displays a new popup window confirming that the question was saved successfully.

  8. Click OK.

    The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays the new question group in the Manage Question Group section.

ClosedEdit an Existing Question Group

Note: -_Completed question groups cannot be edited.

  1. In the Question Group Name box, edit the name of the question group as appropriate.

    Note: -_The Question Group Name information is required.

  2. In the Question Group Notes box, edit the title for the question group as appropriate.

    Note: -_The Question Group Notes information is required.

  3. To enable the follow-up questions to be sent to groups marked "System Wide", select the System Wide checkbox.

  4. To make changes to the assigned questions in the Manage Questions section, complete the following:

    1. To assign a question to the group, click the Add to Group link that corresponds to the question, and then click OK when prompted.
    2. To remove a question from the question group, click the Remove from Group link that corresponds to the question listed in the Questions included in the group section, and then click OK when prompted.

    Note: -_To filter the questions, use the Filter by Key Words and Filter By Type boxes, and then click Filter.

  5. To finish the changes to the question group, choose from the following options:

    1. To save the question group without completing it, click the Save Question button.
    2. To save all changes for the question group, including the answer information listed in the Manage Answers section, click the Submit button.

    The system displays a new popup window confirming that the question group was saved successfully.

  6. Click OK.

    The Follow-up Question Tool > Add Question Group page displays with the new question group information displayed in the Manage Question Group section.

ClosedAdd New Question

To add a new question group, click the Add New Question link.

To view all of the follow-up questions outside their groups, click the Go to Question List link.

  1. Click the F/U Question Tool tab in the banner at the top of the page.

  2. Click the Go to Question Group List link.
